Well its Las Vegas self explanatory.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is a U.S. state that is located in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. The state borders Delaware and Maryland to the south, West Virginia to the southwest, Ohio to the west, New York and Ontario, Canada, to the north, and New Jersey to the east. The state's four most populous cities are Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, and Erie. The state capital is Harrisburg.

Located in Pennsylvania, is the Royal court. This place is heavily warded, so no Strigoi can enter the court.

It had a Chapel that was beautiful with all the moroi statues. It had Housings for guests, dhampirs, and regular moroi who stayed year round. There was shops, and places to eat. There were feeders, but Dani didn't care to know where that was. It also had a large house that was to be a castle, but a castle here would be noticeable, but thats where the Queen lived. There were larger homes, where Royal Moroi who stayed lived. There was even a spa on the grounds.

Here is where the guardians are trained and where the Moroi go to school. It is located in Montana. It is also heavily warded and also Strigoi cant enter the school.
