Please Don't Kill Me (Lissa)-FINISHED

Thank god, the training was over for the day. She was tired, her body was sore but Anya was happy. Although she would have to do two things she didn't want to do, she knew she had no choice, she was truly dying so to speak. Well, metaphorically speaking anyway. She and Lissa had corresponded via a note delivered by some guy she had no idea who it was and they had agreed to meet at the coffee shop so she went over and sat down, her body still sore. Rubbing her arms she winced as she touched the cuts, it was a good thing that she was wearing long sleeves and no one could see anyone would know that it was no accident despite what she had claimed it to be.

Tying her red/brown hair in a ponytail she sighed as a little breeze settled over, she wished sometimes she had the ability for air that way she could at least cool herself but she quickly shook her head reminding herself that everything happened for a reason. She was wearing jeans and a red long sleeved shirt that read BORED, NOW. She closed her eyes savoring the quiet surroundings and wondering how to approach Lissa with this. She was lucky that they still remained friends despite the girl being the queen and she loved her for that.

A Guardian garbed in the black and red of the Royal Guardians smartly walked into where the girl was practicing. His hair was done in a high and tight way and he walked straight and proud, Not taking his eyes off of the girl, he announced in a deep but kind voice. "Queen Vasilisa has requested your presence." The guardian made no other sound and continued to stand as still as a statue. He would not move until he got the girl's answer and was sure that he would follow him.

Lissa herself was patiently waiting for Anya Ozera to meet her in her private study. She took a deep couple of breaths to steady herself and reminding herself that she could finally relax. Her ever present guardians were standing just on the inside of the door and she knew there were more outside. But the very fact that she was not in public caused her to laugh. It felt good to be herself without worrying what the other Royals were thinking.

Anya jumped as she turned to the guardian. He had jumped into the fight earlier or so she thought, she didn't know who was who anymore. She nodded. Apparently, Lissa thought that a private room would be better. She followed him and met her. She stood waiting for Lissa to tell her to sit or she could remain standing either way. One of the other first lessons that Celeste had taught her was to just stand, it had hurt like hell when she had first did it, not even being able to stand for ten minutes, but now, she could stand at the maximum for about three hours if she had to but she sure hoped it wouldn't be that way.

She was good to see her and wanted to hug her, she had not been the most affectionate person ever, although before the death of Mason she used to be, she never quite returned to her old ways but hey, at least she was not suicidal, she hoped. "It's good to see you Queen Vasilisa" she she said almost in a whisper.

Lissa smiled a real smile for the first time in days. Seeing her friend standing before her, obviously her training was going good. She already had the manners of a full guardian. But Lissa stood and walked around the table that she had sat at. Once she was near Anya, she stopped for a few seconds. Lissa looked at the guardians who were in her room, three now with the newest guardian she had sent to fetch Anya for her. He was obviously trying to prove himself so Lissa offered him a small smile before commanding all three of them. "Leave us. I will call when we are done talking."

She watched as the three guardians drew themselves up as soon as she started speaking, standing taller, prouder, and then all three nodded curtly and professionally left the room. The door clicked softly but firmly. Only then did Lissa turn back to Anya and grinned. Her arms moved naturally to embrace her friend. "It is so good to see you Anya. You may call me Lissa now, there is no reason for formality now."

She smiled. "You should be respected, speaking of formalities and everything else I wanted to tell you something and I doubt it can wait a minute longer" she said as she hugged her friend and breathing in the scent around her. She always smelled like bubble gum or something although that might just be Anya's nose playing tricks. As she released her friend she said. "I don't know how you'll take this, but...I have to tell someone, I'm going to tell guardian Carter soon" she said calling Celeste also by her formal name.

Than she launched into it right away closing her eyes afraid of Lissa's reactions. "one, I'm an Ozera, daughter of Tasha Ozera and a New York prosecutor two, that makes me a Moroi and a spirit user, oh yes I kept it up the guise of me being dhampire because well, I wanted to prove the point that anyone can fight given the right training, but I think that with you knowing what the affects of spirit is, I think that's whats happening to me, which is why I need people to know and you are the only one I trust and please don't let this stop me from being a guardian" she had spilled all of it and now feeling better, she slumped into the empty seat. She still kept her eyes closed though.

Lissa nodded solemnly, as soon as she was sure of her position as Queen, Lissa would always act like herself but in public right now, was not the time. Lissa knew very well that she needed to prove herself as worthy. But Queen Vasilisa did not comment. When Anya started on her story, Lissa showed no surprise and simply nodded.

"I had my slight suspicions about you being Moroi and possibly a Spirit user. When I try to see your Aura, it's like you don't have one at all. Everyone has an Aura so I thought that either you were maybe shielding it from other Spirit users or you had some other new power that we have not discovered yet." But then, Lissa's eyes grew troubled and she frowned slightly. However, I had not foreseen you as Tasha Ozera's daughter... I know you take after Christian then any other family member." Lissa did not say that she was still slightly wary, for Tasha Ozera was still alive and in custody with top security. And she knew the effects of Spirit very well, there was no telling how Anya herself dealt with the crippling depression without a shadow-kissed bond-mate. Lissa herself sometimes had...trouble...since Rose was no longer her escape.

At that point, Anya realized that she had already told Celeste, she was losing it these days not that she blamed anyone but herself. "Yes, I can shield...I don't have too much of a good abilities but, okay at least I should tell you compulsion is one thing, if I try hard enough I can make someone kill themselves, although I've only used it once on a Strigoi, I can shield, so spirit users or otherwise can't read my aura or do anything to me magically, they can't know what I am unless...well unless they're like you and know a fair bit about it already my mentor was certainly surprised I'll tell you that" she than took a breath she was talking too fast. "my last and final ability well...I can cast an illusion which is probably why no one questioned me being a dhampire, as you can see I look like one...at least to you anyway" to prove her point further, she smiled and closed her eyes letting her energy come out of her as she changed her hair color to bright purple at least, that's what it looked like to everyone.

"and trust me I want to murder Tasha Ozera myself but I can't do that so I'll just let the law take it's course" she told Lissa as she closed her eyes. She didn't know what else to say so she just stayed still. "and if you are wondering about my coping mechanisms, I cut...and training helps" she said as she closed her eyes and tilted her head back and than sat properly again.

The Queen nodded, keeping up with what Anya was telling her. It was very interesting how Spirit worked, everyday it seemed like she learned more about it. The shielding was actually a new thing because she had never heard of it before. "You have some powerful powers. I hope you are careful with them... I can see Auras, well obviously. I can also heal and a couple other things that I'm not that strong in. What do you know about Spirit?" Lissa asked her, getting really excited about the fact that she had found another Spirit user...well Anya had found her, but still.

Anya nodded. "Well, I have a list of all the powers that the spirit users are capable of supposedly and there's about a different thousand variations of it...it might be rare but...there used to be more...way back when apparently...the notes are in my folder in my room..." Anya paused as she looked at Lissa. "I, I also wanted to ask something else of you...if you don't mind that is..." she took a deep breath and brought it up, it'd be good to get this all over with in one place and at one time.

"I was hoping that it would be possible to have Celeste as my guardian and as my tutor...I want to do both to protect and be protected...again, I'm a strong believer that guardians and Moroi should fight along side each other...." she closed her eyes.

"Those notes are extremely valuable. If you don't mind, I would like to see them imediately. There is also another Spirit user I would like you to meet eventually. He is currently not here in Court though." Queen Vasalisa stated, already thinking of what those notes might say. This was extremely good news for all of them.

Lissa was nodding even as she said, "Of course Guardian Celeste may be your guardian and instructor. I wil make sure of that for you. Though it helps that you are techniqually Royal. It will be much easier for that to happen. As well as the fact that you will be a guardian as well." Lissa looked suddenly very serious and her voice took on one of authority. Though she would soon comment on the Moroi/guardian fighting, this had to be said.

"However, do not tell anyone else that you are a Moroi, Anya. No one. Only Guardian Celeste and myself know of this and it will stay that way until the other Royal families pass a law about Moroi and guardians fihgting side by side." The air of authority dropped and Lissa's body structure returned back to what she really wanted to talk to Anya about. Though she was glad that the other Moroi had brought it up.

"About the Moroi and guardian fighting side by side... I want you to start getting inside any student groups of Moroi fighting and help them. If you want to that is. To me, right now, this is of the utmost importance. The more Moroi we have on the pro side of fighting, the more backbone we will develop against the opposing Royal families. That will be the only way to ensure that Moroi have the option of fihgting alongside their guardians. Will you do this?"

"Don't worry I'm not telling anyone, anything it's not necessary although if Tasha Ozera is not dead than you might need to make sure the information does not come out of her...as far as me getting inside student groups back in school all right, I have one more year left to go I'll do what I can...I am good with people, and I can maybe change some minds no I will not be using compulsion that's not necessary either, besides it drains me so it's really not necessary" she said as she looked at the queen who was her friend.

"oh yes thanks, I was afraid you'd say no that would've been a disaster but obviously you're not saying no" she said as she commented on the whole Celeste/her mentor and guardian relatonship. "I'll still serve as guardian although who's guardian I've got no clue...I'm hoping I'll be assigned here doing something but oh well...that can wait till I actually pass my damn testing...hopefully fourth time's the charm" she said the last part under her breath but she was sure Vasalissa knew. After all the two of them were only a year apart if things had went as planned, she should have graduated two years ago and gotten her promise mark.

She closed her eyes and fought the urge to yawn. She wanted to talk to Celeste one more time about getting the stake, she really did want to compel but she knew that would hinder her more than not and Celeste was right of course, with being her own guardian and keeping her position as her instructor she could make sure that Anya never got a silver stake, so she decided to just wait for Celeste's timing. "oh and...I have something for you" she reached into hr pocket, she was wearing jeans or something similar after all she got out a little box and revealed a lintel bracelet inside. It had a Sapphire stone. "made with water element and a little tiny bit of spirit it's supposed to calm people...I doubt you'll need it but the bracelet itself looks pretty so, I thought I'd give it to you"

The Queen nodded at the right points and listened closely to what her friend was saying. She breathed a small sigh of relief when Anya agreed to what she almost demanded, almost. The revolution had offically just begun, at least Lissa's own part in it. She herself, was going to start gathering the Spirit users that she knew of from all corners of the world. That would take time though and Lissa had other plans that could hopefully be completed sooner that that one would. Lissa smiled as her mind was already working towards changing the Moroi and dhampire world completely.

"Thank you for doing this, Anya. As far as Guardian Celeste, there was no way you would not have gotten her as your guardian." Lissa laughed, which quickly became a gasp as she saw her friend take out a beautiful bracelet. "Oh, this is very beautiful! Thank you so much, Anya. The Spirit in it will help, trust me but it will not last forever." Lissa suddenly looked thoughtful, "If you need anything, Anya. Please do not hesitate to give me a call or come directly to me. I do not care how busy I am, I will always make time for you. That includes anything Spirit wise, as well."

She smiled. The older girl had been her friend all througout school minus the time they had been apart Lissa and Rose had run off and she hand't seen them for awhile but they had met back up once they had come back. She had fought in along side Rose in the ski resort trip and later on when the school attacked. No one knew about that ski resort trip fight though they had actually been attacked by different Strogoi. She looked at the queen and said. "no problem, ,glad you like it though...I would have given you your birth stone but I wasn't very good with stones in relations to birth at least not when this was made, so I settled for Sapphire it's pretty in it's own right and I heard some legend that Sapphire fused with elements work very well to amplify them"

As she was told to come to come to her if she needed anything she suddenly got an idea. "I actually...might need to take you up on that sooner than later" she had a bit of a plan of her own for the revolution and everything it might make her life easier. "and of course I might need to pick your brain a little so to speak...I'm making...well it's a little thing I'm doing a project I'm putting together" she said as she looked away not wanting to reveal more. "I'll tell you more as soon as I get my ducks in a row but in the meantime, I'll help you, do what I can...and...I hope you be careful in court, it sucks being in school and not being able to come here except only on summer holidays I'd come in easter and winter break too except it might make it very suspicious" she said with a sigh.

Lissa smiled at the mention of the birth stone, "It's no problem, I love it!" She laughed, and put the bracelet on. She listened to the rest, her eyes narrowing slightly but she didn't comment until Anya was finished. "I'll allow the 'brain picking' up to a certain point. There are things that I cannot allow you to know. Also, don't worry about communication. One of the things I am working on is dream walking. So if I need you to tell you something at any time, we will be able to talk through your dreams." Lissa stated, thinking that was a very fair deal.

"it won't be anything that bad...and if you want the notes I'll come and get it...wow I wish I could do dream walking it sounds amazing" she remarked. It really did super compulsion helped her fight sometimes and illusion made her able to keep up appearances in all it's literal form but if she could do anything she would have loved to do dream walking. She closed her eyes and smiled. "Speaking of which how is Adrian have you seen him?" she had hung out with him on different occasions he was nice and friendly towards her, and she liked him for him being funny yes not exactly a good role model but oh well.

She leaned back as she watched Lissa put it on. That looked prefect on her and she couldn't help but smile. "wow, you and Celeste...apparently you two have a thing for bracelets" she knew so well her mentor didn't do anything with necklaces, she herself was more of a necklaces person but that was just her.
