[Tenshi Sekiyo]

Tenshi nodded at the comment about the Spirit. He would have to study which part of the brain was making use of Spirit. It was going to be interesting, considering all Tenshi had learned over the years.
"I see... well, going off that logic, I could temporarily shut down your heart and cause your still-active brain to save you, but I'm guessing that that would be almost as lethal as stopping your heart in the first place."

Lissa full out gasped, her hand instinctively going to her mouth. "How do you know all of this? What do you know about Spirit?" The Queen put her hand down, realizing how stupid she must look. "Would that really work? What do you think you would find? Do you have healing abilities? That is the only way I can think of you being able to do all of that. Could you teach me? I'm a really strong healer as well but I have never even heard of the kind of healing you are talking about. What else can you do?" Lissa stopped with the questions, shotting an apologetic look at Tenshi, hoping he didn't mind all of the sudden questions. Just wait till she told Adrian!

Tenshi scratched his chin a bit. He had learned enough about the Spirit from some old books he found on Moroi in a shop in the Netherlands. He had figured out how to stimulate areas of the brain with compulsion at a higher level than most all of the other Spirit Users.
"I have a few old books on the Spirit at my house in Japan." He chuckled a bit. She was embarrased.
"Yeah, I have healing abilities, but this would take the use of my compulsion on the area of your brain that uses the Spirit and make it resurrect. Essentially, I'd borrow your mind for a bit. I would reccomend testing it on someone else first. I wouldn't want the Queen to die by my hand, y'know."

The shock and suprise was quickly leaving Lissa as the excitement and intrigue took over. Tenshi was just what all of the Spirit users not only wanted but needed. He could give them so many explanations about why things happened the way they did. Tenshi could lead all of them! Her thought were interrupted by his chuckling. She knew he was laughing at her but she didn't care, this was revolutionary!

Lissa suddenly remembered that she was supposed to be acting like the Queen that she was instead of an excited young adult. Keeping that in mind, she said calmly, "Yes that would be best but only on a willing participant. The problem is that there are so few Spirit users that I wouldn't want to risk any of them. So then, who would we use? And that would not be good for you, even if everyone was aware of the risks involved. No one would even allow me to try.""

Tenshi could tell she was excited. Telepathy was not required for that. Well, he had been like that once. Of course, he got over it around age one hundred. He chuckled at how she fluxuated between calm and excited. It amused him how a Queen was supposed to act proper, and she was trying so hard to. However, she was young. She should not keep so serious.
"You can stop acting like a Queen, Ms. Dragomir. I've probably seen worse than an excited monarch. Oh yeah, a fearful tyrant." He had a brief flashback to World War II. He was hired by Great Britain to work in the European Theater and was apart of the Siege of Berlin. He was the one who had killed Hitler. Man, that fool told him to make it look like a suicide. Since when was suicide a better fate than murder?
"Really? Well, that stinks... Hm... Perhaps I could study the condition of Strigoi then? My compulsion skills could curve their bloodlust... then again I'd need a willing participant or a lot of chains and wooden stakes..."

Slight anger flashed in Lissa's eyes at being addressed as 'Ms. Dragomir' but she let it slide. Tenshi was obviously old enough not to care about titles, so Lissa wouldn't either. Her interest was shot forward, Tenshi obviously had a confidence that she had never encountered before. She guessed that if she ever got to be 500 years old, she would end up pretty confident too. She laughed at his joke, it was an easy laugh, not the pressured one she often had to put on.

Her features suddenly became curious yet serious at the same time. "You could do that? But how would you even begin to find out about Strigoi unless you were captured? A willing participant, yea right." But she glanced at Rose with a question on her face, maybe Rose and Dimitri could offer Tenshi some info on Strigoi habits and feelings. Rose shook her head firmly. Lissa gave a slight nod, she didn't want to put her friends in any more pain then was nesseccary.

Tenshi could tell that the two Guardians that had been staring at him the entire time were Guardian Hathaway and Guardian... what was his name again? Anyway, he figured that they had been captured by Strigoi. That was odd. All the Strigoi Tenshi had known were the kill first type.
"I've never been captured, but I went undercover once on a job. Apparently, that corporation was full of Strigoi. The boss and a lot of the office workers acted as though they wanted to tear the flesh off of my bones... I ended up blowing up the building, but I spent about three months watching their behavior patterns. I have them written down in a notebook somewhere. It's probably in my safe house in New York." He tapped his chin a bit.
"Well, there are probably Strigoi out there who aren't blood-thirsty monsters. No people group is totally primal." As much as people were called primal, there were still peacemakers. It just took a lot of finding.

Lissa pondered what Tenshi had said, very curious about this working. "Well you've obviously been everywhere." It wasn't a question, it was a statement that she thought was very interesting but she would ask all of those questions later. The Strigoi thing was more important.

"I would like to see those notes as soon as possible as well. If you don't mind, I will also allow my top Guardians to see them so that they can tell all of the others. If you do happen to find one who is...different or willing to do this, contact me immediately, understood?" Lissa hoped she didn't sound like that was an order, but even to her, it sounded like one. Tenshi would probably understand.

[Tenshi Sekiyo]

Tenshi chuckled. Yes, he had been everywhere. Well, everywhere with a population. He did not take many trips to Africa due to the fact that Africa never pays well. South America paid a ton.
"Yeah, participated in almost every major war in the past five hundred years."
He probably could get them back here in a day or two.
"Yeah, yeah, anyways, you'll be here in two days, right? I'd hate to fight through another troop of guards somewhere else. The notes won't take long to procure."

"No wonder you carry all of those weapons. Old habit or just always prepared?" Lissa wondered if Tenshi had been around when the Moroi fought alongside their guardians. He probably was, excitement went through her again. This guy could totally help her and all of Moroi!!

"Yes, I will be here in two nights. Actually tonight and two nights from now are the only nights I have school this week. So, good timing." The Queen had more important matters at hand then school for the next couple weeks. Make that at all times right now but she was not giving up school. She fixed all of her guardians with a hard stare, "Oh, you won't have to worry about that next time. This group is usually the same group that is assigned just for my classes. With the exception of Guardian Hathaway and Guardian Belicov."

Tenshi had been going to some weird places, even for him, lately. He almost never went to a school.
"I don't have an bodyguards, never have. Plus, I use weapons designed for Strigoi-killing. " He read her mind to see what she was excited about.
"I was around at that time, but I didn't interact with many Moroi during then. Well, I seem to have crazy luck then." Tenshi was getting a lot of looks from the students. They were probably wondering what the tall gentleman with a personal arsenal larger than most police forces' was doing talking to Ms. Dragomir.
"Good, I'd hate to make any of these guys think they stabbed themselves with their own stake. Although, it's pretty hilarious." He began making his leave.
"I'll be back." He gave a silent wave and walked through the doors."[/color]

Lissa wondered suddenly if Tenshi had been reading her mind, she wouldn't have been suprised if he had been. It didn't upset her at all though. The Queen nodded a couple times and smiled as Tenshi said goodbye and then actually waved as he headed out. That made her laugh as she waved back. Yep, she definately liked this strange Moroi, which was a very good thing for all involved.

Lissa gathered up her things and started to leave the building as well. Her classes were done for the night but she knew there was at least a couple meetings scheduled for tomorrow night. She had wanted to take it all on and it looked and felt like for the first time, that was exactly what Lissa had done.
