The punishment needs to fit the crime - Alberta

"There is no difference. Either they were born after you or before you. The one parent is still the same" Alberta looks at Anya, her face telling the girl that she better not try to come up with an elaborate reasoning for what went on.

"Actually...we don't share one..." she thought that was right than thought aloud. "She was the only child from my stepmother's first marriage before she married my dad so I'm positive that we're not related by blood just sisters by marriage" she told the head guardian as she kept her eyes closed. She was starting to get a headache. She wondered if it would just be an easier task to tell her the whole truth but no, Lissa had been clear, to not tell anyone else, and she had already let two other people know since that encounter.

Alberta looks at her. She wants to believe that the girl is telling the truth but something is telling her that she's lying. She tries to dismiss it but it keeps eating at the back of her mind. "Stand up"

She did as she was told. She closed her eyes and stretched and opened them again. "Where we going?" she asked as she was hesitating. She could be either being led to her dorm to pack and leave the school yes Alberta had the power to expel her or at least seek her expulsion or this could be something else. A part of her wished she could admit the whole thing but she shook her head. She went with her wherever they were going and she realized they were headed outside.

"You will see where we are going." She leads Anya through the school, past the dorms. She heads towards the woods, which is where the lake is. The lake has crystal blue waters but the water is always moving.

Anya realizes what Alberta must know. She panicked and thought what she could do to stop it she than realized nothing short of compulsion would work. There was nothing to shield herself from there were no Strogoi Alberta was not trying to read her mind or invade her thoughts or anything and illusion casting wouldn't help her unless she could advance that power to projection.

She than did the only thing she could do. She stood now outside of the school but she refused to go near the woods. "I-I-I'm not moving" she realized that she never really did this and all disobeying a guardian and the head guardian at that was not in her nature to do so but she dismissed the thought due to the fact that she deemed it self defense.

"if you do not come with me you will be expelled imediately and never graduate. You will never become a guardian and you will be a failure to your family." Alberta knows that's harsh but figures that it'll work.

She could not believe that the head guardian was threatening her. Her family wouldn't so much care because her family was under the assumption that she was a Dhampire too that had been a hard thing to pull off even at an eight years of age. She sighed as she followed she apparently had no choice.

When they reached the lake she stood at the edge of it she sure hoped to the Goddess that she was not about to be sent in the water that would be a suicide mission she hated water with a passion.

Alberta walks into the water a little then turns to look at the younger guardian. "Come here Anya" there's a note of finality in her voice. "if you dont I will expell you"

She sighed and closed her eyes. She doubted she'd drown but you never knew with water, never turn your back on a body of a water was a good rule of thumb to follow. She stepped into the lake and realized it was not that deep than she realized that people normally didn't even come in the water anyway this was for beauty more than anything. She kept her eyes closed and felt around and found Alberta's shoulders. "What now?" she asked the older guardian.

"You want to kill me right?" she asked as she opened her eyes. She didn't want to see or to think about where she was. This was a creative sentencing she guessed and Alberta was getting her point across. "Can you please...get me the heck out of here...I don't want to be here" it brought up too many memories. She hated water, she didn't take baths anymore just showers. "I wonder why" she muttered under her breath.

She tried to free herself from where she was but found that inside the water, due to her fears, she was useless she didn't know which why to go to get out.

"okay now please get me out of here" she said as she tried to figure out how to get out, she had the right idea in mind turning to the way she came. The exit she came in through was behind Alberta was it not, she promptly bumped her knee on a rock and it cut her skin. "shit" she muttered as she felt her way around finally, with a miracle, she found a way out and made her way towards it. She wanted to go and get her cut cleaned up and she wanted to avoid this conversation altogether.
