Dani California -Tenshi-

[Tenshi Sekiyo]

Tenshi shrugged. She still did some of the work.
"You got two of 'em." He scratched the back of his neck. He decided to grant Dani's wish.
"This is gonna be fun." He compulsed the people in the casino, including Patrick's parents, to start dancing. He then had whoever was playing the music start the music. Patrick's father was the Michael Jackson of the group.
"Oh man, this is fun."

Dani smiled and looked at him, "Yea two out of how many. You Tenshi were amazing" she said to him, yes she did just compliment him. Dani smiled as Patrick came back to join them. Dani smiled as Tenshi made them all do Thriller. It was funny, it was definitely weird since some of the people weren't too sure of the moves. They were messing up the moves left and right, but then there were people like Patrick's family who knew the moves and they were in the front line doing it.

"I completely agree" she added, even Patrick was having fun watching his mom and dad doing thriller. Dani was glad that he wasn't mad because his parents were doing the thriller, maybe it was a good thing that the parents were making a fool of themselves. It was a dream come true for all kids, to see their parents make a fool of themselves.

Tenshi crossed legs and had them stop dancing when the song was over. The people just looked around, dazed and confused. Tenshi took his refill from the barkeep and began drinking it.
"So, how good are you at Water, Patrick?" He was just trying to make small talk while the kid's parents were huddled together, talking about who Tenshi was. Pushing up his sunglasses, he walked voer to the parents.
"I'm Japanese nationally, but I'm from the Ivashkov and Ozera lines." The parents looked at him and asked how he knew what they were talking about.
"Uh, I just amde you do the Thriller dance along with the rest of the casino. I'm a Spirit User." The parents asked how he knew Dani and who Dani was.
"Hm, why don't you ask her?'

Patrick was about to answer, but then Tenshi left to go talk to his parents. So Dani turned to Patrick but keeping her ears open to what was going on with Tenshi. She was interested in what they were thinking. She wouldn't outwardly say that she wanted to know but she could pick up bits and pieces of their conversation. What was amazing was that she could keep up with her own conversation which led them to talk about him and his great accomplishments, she wasn't too thrilled but she pretended to be.

Dani heard something about her and asking her a question, and she jumped out of her seat, or well she really didn't jump she just got down slowly. She told Patrick where she was going and he said that he was going to join her, she smiled and took his hand, and they walked over. "Hello Mr. and Mrs. McCarthy. I'm Daniella Ivashkov. My mother is Camille Ivashkov." she said introducing her. and their faces lit up like a light bulb, they knew her mother, everyone did. Then they asked if she was here. "No, unfortunately she isn't, but i will tell you that you said hello." Dani knew how to function around these people, they weren't royals, but they still deserved respect, from Dhampir's as it was drilled into all of their heads. "Yes i am a Dhampir, my father Guardian Reyes is my mothers guardian." she said answering their next question, then Patrick stepped in and told them to stop, because he knew that they had a long list of questions, but Dani wouldn't have minded to answer them, she had no problem answering them.

Tenshi looked around at the casino.He never quite understood gambling. Then again, it would not be fair for a mind-reading, mind-controlling five hundred yeard old to be playing in games like poker where people are involved. He wondered why people enjoyed sitting there pulling a lever and watching little spinning reels.
"It's just so weird..." He went back and sat down. He took another refill and paid the bartender. He pulled on his gloves a little.
"So, about that Water-Using..."
